As a veterinary behaviourist, Dr. Cynthia Smillie is trained to evaluate cases and to integrate information about the animal’s development, environment, behaviour and health including medical issues that may influence behaviour and then to select appropriate treatment from a range of options.

When Dr Smillie came to meet us, the first thing I noticed was that she really listened. She took the time to find out every detail about Shadow’s background and behaviour, took lots of notes and asked questions.
